Lamaze breathing is a breathing technique where we believe that controlled and focused breathing can enhance peace of mind, relaxation of body, and decrease the perception of pain. We at Womb Talk through our Lamaze Breathing Classes in Pune concentrate all our sessions incorporating all of the essentials to enhance the experience - slow and deep breathing, rhythmic breathing practices, nose, and mouth breathing techniques, open and closed eye breathing techniques and focused breathing with objects or partners. Womb Talk not only concentrates on breathing but has crafted all its sessions for building confidence and keeping your body ready for safe and healthy childbirth.

We have gone ahead and enhanced the breathing experience by incorporating change of positions, massage and breathing, slow dancing and breathing and movement breathing. When the body moves, moans, or changes breathing patterns during pregnancy breathing sessions, over time you eventually will find the rhythm for your bodily needs. Such active comfort will help the baby within rotate, descend and help labor from stalling and as contractions get stronger, the body will release endorphins reducing the pain. Lamaze breathing sessions will also help you reduce heart rate and anxiety because as your focus on breathing excels, the mind moves away from the pain. The Womb Talk sessions will help you get in and fit in well into your pregnancy grind making the experience a pleasant one.
