Aerobics is a great way to be fit in pregnancy. All aerobic exercises will lead to harder and faster breathing and hence the increase in heart rate. The faster beating of the heart helps the blood flow in the body and thus a better flow of oxygen to all the muscles. Also, because of the increased flow of oxygen, you will never need to worry about the oxygen the baby needs in your womb.
